Jamie
Regional Minister

With over 25 years in pastoral ministry, Jamie possesses extensive experience in both church and nonprofit settings. Dedicated to supporting leaders and fostering long-term effectiveness, he consistently strives to bring improvement to every environment he encounters.
Jamie holds a BMin and is a graduate of Arrow Leadership. He serves as President of a charity and holds positions on two other Christian organisation boards.
Jenny
Leadership Facilitator

Jenny is passionate about seeing leaders become all they can be in Jesus. She works with pastors and leaders in the TSS region to support them in developing leaders.
She has more than thirty years in leadership experience in churches and not-for-profits, as well as more than 15 years pastoral experience.
These days Jenny shares her time between overseeing the pastoral affirmation process for the Baptist Churches of NSW & ACT, and leadership develop with TSS.

Andrei

Andrei is dedicated to helping others encounter God and fostering an intimate relationship with Him. He seeks to help others discern God's will and way in their current circumstances and find their next step.
Andrei has qualifications in workplace & business coaching and is a member of the Baptist Association of NSW & ACT Church Consultancy Team. He supports churches across TSS and other regions and has a focus on systems and processes to help organisations thrive.
Joanne
Admin & Operations

Joanne manages a spectrum of responsibilities, spanning from facility management to business and communications development. Alongside overseeing financials and coordinating events, she champions Safe Church initiatives and assists churches through their Safe Church Health Check journey.
Joanne is dedicated to optimising efficiencies and refining processes to enable the TSS team to focus on supporting churches in our region.
